Dry as much as you can the Codfish Tongues after soaking for 24h, chop one onion, two garlic cloves and a branch of coriander. In a pan, add 1 liter of water and salt. When it starts to boil, add the shrimps. Meanwhile, in another pan prepare a stew: add the olive oil, the onion, the garlic, the peeled tomatoes and temper with salt and pepper. When the Shrimps are cooked, peel them. Put the water where you cooked the shrimps into the pan where you are preparing the stew. Add the pasta (shells) and when it's half way cooked, add the codfish tongues and the shrimp. Then turn off the stove and leave the stew settling down for 10minutes. When everything is ready to serve, add some coriander and some more shrimp.
