* 4 Steaks of Constantinos Codfish
* 1dl of Olive oil
* 1kg of Potatoes
* 30g of Lard
* 2 Onions
* 3 Egg yolks
* 30g of Pine nuts
* 20g of Flour
* 4dl of Milk
* Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
* Grated bread, parsley and lemon juice to taste
Slice the potatoes to toothpicks and fry them until they are cooked. Cook the codfish and then cooked remove the skin and bones and leave it to the chips.
Slice the onions into rings; chop the parsley and add the lemon juice egg yolks and beat them.
Heat the olive oil and lard with onions and parsley, and let it cook. When browned add the codfish and flour. Add the hot milk and stir until a thick cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Remove from heat and add the yolks beaten with the lemon juice. Take again the heat for 1 minute.
Cover the bottom of a tray with the chips and pour over the prepared codfish. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Repeat the layers until finishing the ingredients.
Sprinkle with grated bread and light the oven just to brown.
