* 300g of Shredded Constantinos Codfish
* 300g of Water
* 150g of Flour
* 50g of Butter
* 50g of Onion
* 4 Sprig of parsley
* 1 Garlic clove
* 1 Soup spoon of fat
* 1 Tea spoon of baking powder
* Frying Oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the flour and the baking powder and set aside. Put on the Bimby recipient the parsley, the onion, the garlic and chop 3 sec. vel 5. Remove and set aside. Put the water in the cup, add the codfish and program 6 min, 100º Celsius, vel. Inverse spoon. With the basket, strain the cod and reserve the water.
Put the codfish in the cup and shred it or 3 sec. vel. 4 inverse. Set aside. Put 300g of the reserve water, the butter and the fat in the cup and program 3 min. 100º Celsius, vel. 1.
Add to the cup the flour and the baking powder and program 15 sec. vel 4. Remove the cup and let it cool down for 30 minutes or until it reaches 50º Celsius.
On a bowl beat the eggs wuth a fork. Program 20 sec. Vel 4 and drop the eggs through the cap opening. Add the codfish, the reserved chopped onion and parsley, the salt, the pepper and program 10 sec. vel. 4. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
With 2 soup spoons lay the codfish paste in hot and plentiful oil.
